After the tsunami relief efforts of 2004 had poured in, many were waiting to see how the disaster relief had measured up. Let’s face it, part of the process of disaster relief is announcing to the world who contributed, and even many times, exactly what the dollar amount of what those contributions were. Like it or not, no matter what the personal opinion about the disclosure aspect, this is a huge part that is engaged in the process of tsunami relief.
